Porting phone number from EE to O2

Hi, 

I submitted a request to port my current number at EE to O2 on Sunday 30th July. I have heard nothing since submitting the details. 

I have tried calling O2 multiple times to get some help with this but my calls are never answered. I tried again just now and was left on hold for an hour but cannot hold on any longer. 

Does anyone have any suggests or able to help?

Call O2 on any of these numbers 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217, 0800 032 1402 or  0800 081 0255.

Or double check with EE on 07953 966 250 as to the status of your port.
