Phones not arrived

My phone hasn’t arrived, says it’s been at a depot for 24hours without updating. It was suppose to arrive yesterday. Best news is 02 have now ported my old number to the new phone that hasn’t arrived and now I can’t even use my old phone!!

Phone deliveries are a complete mess at the moment 

You can try phoning O2 but I doubt you will get a straight answer
