Phone slow and cutting out

Hi I'm having trouble with my galaxy a71 it keeps cutting out especially when using camera and is very slow I've only had phone for 8 weeks!

Are you closing all the apps down when you exit them?

It could be a recent app you have downloaded causing lag

Or it could be a faulty phone

I think it's a faulty phone as I've closed all apps but there is a delay every time I use it, when I try to take a pic there is a delay then just goes back to homescreen

It sounds faulty. Contact O2 or Samsung support.

Hiya, just to double check also if there aren’t any software updates pending on the device. You can check this from typing software update in the settings to find it, if none then as Cleoriff mentioned could be a faulty device.
