Phone connection poor

Everytime I make or receive a call the connection is lost mid conversation and the call is ended. There is no issues according to status checker

Try taking the sim card out and gently cleaning. Reboot the phone

Keep checking the status as it isnt always up to date

If it's still the same after you will need to call customer service

You can download the My Network app and report the fault through there. O2 will send you updates when it has been checked
