Hi I have paid my phone bill which was overdue however my connection for calls texts and data haven't returned if possible could my connection please be returned thanks

It can take up to 48 hours to reconnect and you may need to reboot your phone 

.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
