I contacted customer services to reactivate a SIM that was deactivated when I ordered a new 5G one (before the other new one had been received)
4 days and several phonecalls later it still hasn't been reactivated despite assurances that it has
New SIM has finally arrived and now cannot be activated out of customer service hours because the original number doesn't work to receive texts - but phone is needed urgently - any suggestions?
