I'm writing this here because I honestly can't find a way to get in touch with O2 that doesn't involve calling or an AI bot. How do I get a new SIM sent out so I can try O2 SA? The SIM is currently in a Samsung A15 5G but there's no option to enable it.

You need a new physical sim. Not working with esim yet IIRC.
message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
But, your old sim will be disconnected immediately the order is placed.
To avoid this, go in store with photo ID.
