I have recently received my phone, and am transferring from EE to O2. I received a message saying that once my number is transferred, my old EE contract will cancel automatically. However, i can still see that i have signal for both EE and O2? How can i make sure that my EE contract is cancelled as i haven't received confirmation that my old number has transferred over yet.

@Jack30 If you gave O2 your EE PAC, once your EE sim stops working that should end your contract and your EE phone number will port to O2. Keep your EE Direct Debit in place until you receive a final bill as there may be some residual charges.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

You should get a text message on the number you want to keep confirming the number is being moved from EE to o2 @Jack30

If you have not had this, then the PAC code has not been accepted properly by o2 (which happens a lot when setting up a new account).

Follow the instructions in the guide below to submit the PAC again.
