I have an O2 UK Sim but I am in France. I need an authorisation code from an organisation in Czech Republic. I have spoken to the organisation and they have confirmed the messages have been sent to me. They have even called and spoke to me on the number and it worked with no issue. However, I am not receiving the texts (it has now been over a week of me trying).
They are not in my blocked list. I have updated my phone; cleared the messages cache and date; restarted the phone; tried the sim in another phone; taken the sim out, given it a clean and put it back in again; I have received texts to this number from other contacts.
I spoke to the O2 pay as you go help desk and he told me to top up more money, not that that did any thing- I now have £20 credit and it didn't work.
What else can I do? Thank you!

Try manually selecting a different network
Other than that there is little else you can do as O2 rely on the Czech networks
