Hi. I have a dual SIM set up on my iPhone XR. I can currently only get Visual Voicemail on the Primary number, but not the one on the eSIM. None of the voicemails left for the eSIM number are accessible from the Voicemail screen in Phone. The Greeting screen in Voicemail only shows the Primary option. However, I can access the voicemail and greetings menu etc by dialling 901 from the eSIM number. Can anyone advise please? Thanks

On my iPhone, I select the line I want at the top of the dialler then press and hold 1 and it connects to my voicemail.

Thanks, that's a useful shortcut to dial into voicemail boxes. but my query was mainly about how I could get Visual Voicemail for both numbers. Any idea?
