Hi,
I was late for a bill, it’s has been paid but since I haven’t had any service, how can I rectify this as I have no service to call O2 up?

It can take 48 hours for payments to clear.

@Ray13 If you've only just paid it can take 48 hours for the payment to clear O2's account. If you want to avoid this in the future set up a Direct Debit. You can download Skype: Guide: A Guide to Skype to call O2 for free on 0800 902 0217 (Payment Management) or 0800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
