I recieved my new phone this morning and had asked for an esim - which I can't activate as I have no QR code and when I try "seatch for eSIMs" it says "no eSIMs found." I spoke to someone on your 202 number who said that he would send me a QR code by email and assured me that my old phone would continue to work until the new sim was active. However, we were cut off mid-conversation and when I tried to phone back on my old phone, I was told that I'm not on any network. So now I have two phones, neither of which can make or recieve calls, and no way of contacting O2 directly. How long will it take to the get the QR code? What can/should I do in the mantime?

You don't need a QR code. The SIM can be installed through MyO2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
