Hi
Since 2 weeks all my incoming calls are shown as No Caller Id. I have also lost my voicemail. I have spoken with O2 almost everyday but no solution has been found. I have switched SIM card twice with out success. I have put my simcard in a different phone and No Caller ID is still there. I have done resets any any other solution that has been suggested but without success. I am disappointed in Customer Service as they can't help and they say they don't know what else to do.... Anyone has a suggestion?

Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a fix for this as yet
Until there is all you can do is keep calling them until they resolve it
