On Monday, I moved from Smarty to O2. The number seemed to have ported through fine today (Wednesday) but it’s left me with no 3G, no 4G or no internet. I have an iPhone, so the top left still had ‘O2-UK’ on it but now it has ‘no service’ but, I managed to connect with WiFi, I topped up £10 just to get me by with some minutes, texts and data and now I can’t do absolutely anything. Live chat is absolutely useless, I’ve rang O2 customer services 4 times to be left on hold for over 30/40 minutes to be cut off! All I want is my old number back and I’d like some data and text messages. It seems I can’t even do that. Has anyone else had this problem?? So at the moment, I’m phoneless. I just have WiFi but this will pointless tomorrow when I’m at work. What a disaster all of this has been!
