Hi, I dropped my Samsung S6 so now the touchscreen is black and no longer working at all 😞 I need to access the PUK to be able to insert my monthly PAYG Sim into my new phone but won't be able to get verification on my broken phone. Can I have it sent to My O2 account? Or my email address?

Many thanks, Christine.

@ChristineM

You can get your PUK here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/unblock-your-phone

or in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Hi MI5, thank you slight_smile got it now. So I have another question...I've put my PUK code in several times but I just get the message "Network unlock request unsuccessful" I'm worried that if I enter it too many times my SIM will be blocked and it's the only way I can access all my saved stuff. Any ideas? thanks again!

Hi @ChristineM

It sounds like the phone you are putting your sim into is locked to another network.

What was it previously used on?

You will have to ask that network to unlock it I guess.

Thanks again @MI5 I bought the phone from Fonegiant last week and it is supposed to be unlocked but obviously isn't 😞 It looks like it was an EE phone.  I'll contact both EE and Fonegiant I think. Thank you so much for all your help, it's really appreciated. Best wishes, Christine x
