Has your old sim lost connection?
You need to keep rebooting the phone with the new sim until it connects with your number

I swapped, well tried to anyway, from EE to 02 on Tuesday this week and was told my number would be transferred by 6am the following morning. When I first put the O2 sim in it worked perfectly on the new/temp. number on Wednesday morning No Service and after calling O2 several times and being told 4hrs, by 6pm, by 6am my phone still doesn't work and neither does my old EE sim. No phone for 3 days, I rely on it for work, is a disaster for me. Any ideas anyone pleeeeeeeeease ???
