Mobile data on Mi A2

Hi there

I have a Mi A2 phone. I've recently received my O2 SIM and successfully ported my old number. Phone calls and texting work fine, but I have no mobile data. I tried the SIM in another phone (Moto g7 Play) and mobile data works fine.

Any ideas what I need to do?

Text Active to 2020.
Save the settings you get back, and restart the phone.

Thanks @jonsie. I followed the instructions - still no mobile data sadly. May be a problem with my phone

Do you have another phone to try your sim in?

Thanks - yeah tried the SIM in a moto g7 play and mobile data worked with that phone
