Would like to start over again with email as I can’t remember my password would I be better getting new sim Ian monthly Account

You can just call o2 and get them to change your email address, give them a call on 0344 809 0202 or 202 if pay monthly or 0344 809 0222 or 4445 for Pay Monthly.. 

As you are still liable for the other account.
