I have a recurring problem in which my money is gone by the time my o2 bill try’s to come out and I was wondering if I could have the day changed it is due to come out to assist in prompt payments as I now cannot pay my bill until Thursday and if my phone were to cut out I would be less than happy about my situation as I need my data to listen to music 24/7 to drown out my medically diagnosed tinnitus

You need to contact o2, on 0800 902 0217 and they should be able to help, unfortunately o2 will suspend your service if payment is not made. So you need to call them ASAP

When trying to find a way to message an o2 employee it sent me in circles until it led me here but thanks for the help, much appreciated
