Forgotten my password but not able to reset

Hi, 

 

I’ve forgotten my password when I request the link to test on the website I get no email. Then if I try through the app I get a email, when I click on it I see a message say the code entered is invalid. Don’t know what to do. As my other number is under a different email address, than the one I’m currently using to post in here
