This is my order number ms-518595162 for the Galaxy Watch4 Classic. While trying to enter it under the Promo Code it is returning as invalid. Please assist

You will need to wait until the number and watch has been activated on the network for the order number to be live on o2 recycle. 

 

Also this isn't customer services and we are all o2 customers like you.
