Hi,
I have paired my Apple series 7 to my iPhone 11 watch but it wont let me connect the mobile service. It keeps coming up with error, code 15. I've got all the latest software updates on both items. Have turned both devices off and on again too. I called O2 and spoke to really helpful scouse man but he was clueless too. The other message I get is lost connection to server? I was trying to set this up at my home address so not our of area and no issues regarding signal etc. Any ideas? CDT will be approx 3 working days.
