Hi, I have a problem when trying to send messages to five digit numbers (e.g my gas supplier with a reading) in that it brings up Error '0'. I have googled it, and I have spoken to O2 and am none the wiser as I don't have a spend cap. O2 have raised a case for me however the very helpful lady suggested that I ask on here if anyone can help?

You may also have a phone setting that prevents potential premium text sending.

Try clearing the default settings from your message app.
