I keep on receiving error/reference code 10 whilst trying to connect to molbile data via the watch app. Rang 202 several times over the past 2 weeks but they cannot fix, just promise a call/text from an o2 engineer which never occurs. I have a business contract with o2 and took out an additional pay monthly cotract just so I could use the watch. Not happy and now nearly a month into the contract and still no mobile data working on the watch. PLease, please help.

I thought this Error code issue had been fixed @Martin-O2 @Marjo ?
It appears people are still getting it.

Did you ever get this resolved? I have the same issue and getting no where.
