Morning o2
Messsaged to say I was entitled to 6 months free Disney plus. O2 have now cancelled my subscription that I pay for however when I try and activate the 6 months free on my account it’s not working.
I’ve promised my children to watch the new Disney film!!

Unfortunately @Melllissa12 o2 are having a bit of a mare with this as there are lots of people having the same problems.
Standard advice is to try messaging o2 using social media, but they should also be letting us know on the community once they solve the issue.
