My new order NC71748393 says 5Gb of data whereas my contract through Virgin states 10Gb can you confirm I’m getting the 10Gb I was originally told?

It will be doubled within 14days as per the Volt Benefits. 

If it hasnt after 14days then If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
