DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have had no phone for incoming calls since Wednesday, I swapped an esim to my newer phone and everything apart from incoming calls works. All the caller gets is number not recognized.

I have been on live chat 5 times phone calls 6 times a total of 61/2 hours of my life wasted. It is like dealing with a back street start up company. 4 times they have failed to call me back. The latest was the manager promising he would call me  as soon as they could access my account due to computer problems. They have sent me 3 new esims that give the same result each time, they refuse to listen when i say its already been tried. The last call a few minutes ago actually hung up. I am sick of being in chats and answering the same questions over and over 7 days later I am in exactly the same place I was but a little wiser that o2 are useless and have disgusting customer service. None of my contracts will be getting renewed that is for sure.

Best bet is to call into an O2 Store with photo ID.

If an eSIM is not essential swap back to plastic while there 

O2 and eSIM are not a good mix

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Nearest one is 1 hour away, stuck with these idiots on the phone for now
