When im at home n recieve calls there is constant crackling, static interference/ calls dropping out.

At first i thought it was my phone but it only happens when im at home, no where else, and only started a few month ago.

Is it possible the new bt signal boxes they have installed on my street on the telegraph poles is causing the interference??

And if so is this going to be a permanent thing, or is there a way to reduce the inteference?

@Knightsy101 It sounds like a signal issue, but it could be for any number of reasons. See if this guide helps:

Why do I have poor coverage indoors? (o2.co.uk)

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Those copper cables are carrying internet data to homes in your area and interfere with everything.

I see this a lot with unterminated connections, ie installs into new housing estates. Once the connections are properly terminated in homes, the noise generally dies down.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
