I have completed an upgrade today and would like to arrange to collect my phone from an O2 store, can you help me?

Unfortunately, unless you indicated click and collect at the time of ordering, it will be delivered by courier to your home address. You could call O2 to see if you can change it but I doubt it will be possible. Numbers to call are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
