When I login on app or website I see “To access your personal details page, enter the code we’ve just sent to .”.
Note there is a blank where presumably the number should be. I’m not receiving any codes via text or email so I can’t progress to my account.

I would try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app if the problem is with the phone.
