I pay monthly and as far as I’m aware it’s being taken out my bank. I have signal and Wi-Fi but when I try to call out the call fails. People can call me but not the other way. I can call on WhatsApp because I have Wi-Fi.
I have turned airplane mode On and off and do not disturb.
please can you help.

O2 are having issues with direct debits so best to call to check.
