Solved: Calls drop after 60 secs

I have a Sony Xperia 10 II ever since I got it my calls drop out after approx 60 seconds, if I make or receive the call it makes no difference. Once I call the person back the call stays connected fine. My network coverage is good and it has happened all over the country. I've got up to date Android, and I've rebooted loads. Any ideas?

I'd be inclined to try a new sim first.
