Apple Watch mobile plan stuck on Activating

Hi - I set up a new apple watch cellular last week and ran through the process to enable mobile data on it. It has now been on "Activating" for 4 days (after telling me it should take 24 hours). I phoned up O2 support but they didn't seem to know what to do - is anyone here able to help?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
