Hi, I just bought a new Apple Watch ultra and subsequently bought the data add on to use data on my watch. It’s been just less than a week of it functioning fine, but today I went to turn on data on the watch (as I was planning to use without my phone) and the option to toggle on and off data was gone.
I then went into the watch app on my iPhone 13 Pro and it showed the o2 data service for the watch as inactive - and once you clicked it (hoping to reactivate) the only option was to delete it.
I did just that and then tried to
add the data service back again and went through the prompts and just at the point of it being added it halts and I get error code 90.
Please can you advise on how to get data back!

I have the same issue on my Apple Watch Ultra with code 90. Called O2 who have sent my issue on to the technical dept who should call me within 5 days. They said they've had a few people with Ultra's complain of code 90.
