I recently swapped to O2 to have my Apple Watch set up with Cellular but every time I try to set up Mobile Service I’m asked to add the plan for £5 and I always get the error code 90 pop up after selecting the plan. I’ve tried phoning O2 and been in shop but have had no success with this so far. Has anyone found a solution??? Very frustrating as I specifically swapped service for this very specifically.

Come on O2. Is it really beyond your capabilities to get to the bottom of this problem with mobile data setup on the Apple Watch that’s affecting so many people and yet you seem no further to resolving after weeks and weeks!
