Hi, new to O2, we have been using the dongle for a couple of weeks but today it seems to have a problem. Every 5-10 minutes it just stops working & I have to keep turning it on and off repeatedly before a signal reappears. It feels incredibly hot when I touch the battery. Seems like a faulty device - thoughts & suggstions much appreciated, thanks

Best to contact O2 if it came from them

Try Social Media if that works for you

Well there is no way a dongle should get hot. Turning itself off will probably be a safety cut off

I would go with faulty unit
