Seriously sick of this now. Has gone on for over a year. Supposed Business customer of over 25 years yet I get no service or support.
I must have over 100 texts and emails telling me a local mast isn't working and they are trying to gain access.
In the meantime, I am working in my office, my phone DOESN'T RING but I get a voice mail for a missed call.

Is it the fault of O2 or my wifi provider Virgin Media? I have the maximum number of
I have worked through the VM app for my office and it states Hub speed 276mbps and wifi speed 61mbps

This is happening to me after moving from vm, it's driving me mad. No calls just a text telling me I have a missed call. I've raised the issue they said they are aware and are looking into it. That was over a week ago.

Well the Hub has absolutely nothing to do with your phone signal.
Do you use 4G Calling? that should get you the ability to make and receive calls.

This is not O2 but a community of customers like yourself so I can only give you advice.
Try PAYG SIM cards from other networks and find which gives the best reception for you then change to that network.

As we are all customers here and this is not O2 we can only suggest plaguing O2
