Hi
I have pay monthly 5G SIM and a Deco X50-5G.
However, I don't seem to be able to get service. Setting up the wifi network is fine, but I get an error message that there is no internet - 'SIM no service'. It says I should check ISP profile and APN settings.
Can someone please help me?

Do you have a data only sim for the router @RichmondRob ?
If not, o2 will restrict the service hence the issue.
