The Device Plan is a Credit Agreement - a breakdown for VAT etc can be requested when it has been paid-off fully. VAT on monthly Airtime billing can be requested by contacting O2 via Social Media - as tis is disabled by default unless you are on a Business Contract/Tariff @package1234
