I cannot access webtext, can you help please.

No one can anymore.
The service closed ages ago I'm afraid.

You used to be able to send texts off the website but it closed ages ago, as said.
Nothing to do with contacting O2 directly.

MUST be at least 5 years since they stopped the 10 free texts per month....
