Already on o2 sim only but want galaxy s3 mini whats the cheapest way of doing this want about 200 mins a month. Can i get some sort of discount for being existing customer?

No discount for being an existing customer, the price you see online is the price you pay. Best advice is to shop around. O2 treat new and existing customers exactly the same under their fairness to all policy.
