uSwitch deals stalling at application review

Hi, can anyone help please?

 

I have gone onto the uSwitch website and applied for the 30gb for £7.99 a month deal. The website passes me to O2 no problem. I get an email saying thanks for signing up, they then review my application. I then hear nothing.

I have tried this 3 times with different bank accounts, browsers and computers. I have also called O2, the lady said she can't help with this deal, she offered the full price plan instead.

 

What gives? Uswitch website just says take it up with O2. Cheers

uswitch can't do anything about your application.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
