Hi I am new to pay monthly have my new phone but no sim card help

Did you sign up in store or online?

if in-store pop back to them and they will be able to provide you one there and then.

If online try online chat and they should be able to order you one.

I'd recommend the instore route where possible though

The sim card is sometimes sent out separately. Either call customer service to verify or as suggested pop instore.
