Hi, I want to change my old phone which is a nokia. I am using an 02 sim top up card. I top up £10 a month then get 300 free texts have been on this offer for years now. Can I use this sim on another phone, say like the htc sensation.Or if the new phone already has a sim how can I get the same offer onto that one. Sorry but I'm not up to date with modern phones.

Hi Suesie and Welcome to the Community Forum,

 

Some phones take different sized sim cards.

 

You are able to buy a sim free phone and either insert your current sim into it , size of sim permitting or adapter permitting or visit an 02 shop and pick up the correct sim size or request one online and perform a sim swap.

 

This would move your current number and tariff over onto the new sim.

 

This can be done online or in the 02 shop itself.

This can take up to 24 hours to fully activate.
