New phone received 14.08.2020 said new phones dies 07.09.2020 spoke with a nice lady who has arranged for a new phone as a replacement, Email recieved saying it will come next day(today) and that I will get another email to adviose a time.  well its next day and no email! went on track my order and nothing on there either, Cannot get through to Customer support!!! any ideas
