paying my sons phone bill

I have my own phone though o2 and i pay monthly for my sons phone. I was looking on my o2 account for ways to see if he is due an upgrade but the website and my account wont allow me to do so...any ideas ?

You can call 202 from your phone to upgrade or pop in your local store if you are having website issues.

It's been a while since you asked about your account issue and I was wondering if you managed to get anything sorted after that?
