No indeed...and certainly not with account issues. Avoid live chat is probably the best advice (as MI5 says..)

Don't worry O2 and other companies will start calling you every 5 minutes about two months before your contract runs out.

 

Makes me wonder how the likes of "Car Phone Warehouse" and "Mobile Upgrade Company" gets hold of my personal information.
