HI, I need a help with my pay monthly sim. The thing is I've failed to pay the direct debit on time but after that i was trying to pay through the my o2 app or online or through the payment line nothing worked it was saying that my card is rejected. My card is fully working everywhere else so I've found a way to pay through the straight bank transfer everything went through money went off my account but my phone is still barred and on my o2 app it says it's still not payed.
As my phone is barred i can't even call the customer service and tell them that I've allready payed .
Don't know what to do ??

You need to call payment management from another phone or via Skype.
