I'm on pay and go go go plan, but I'm going abroad for more than 6 months and do not want to pay for minutes they will not use. how long I can not put money and keep my number?

6 months I believe is the cut off for a dead account. However because there's credit on it it could be longer.

Why not take your sim and make a call halfway? At least you'll keep the number:)

You need to make a chargeable call every 6 months and top up within 999 days to keep your sim active.
