Hi @Anonymous

Welcome to the forum

Are you looking to pay a bill or buy a new phone? If you wish to buy a phone then you need to go through the O2 shop https://www.o2.co.uk/shop

If you are looking to pay a bill there are various ways to do this

Ways to pay...
Via MyO2  http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Or you could call 2729 from your mobile or ring or 0800 588 4217 from a landline and enter the mobile number you wish to pay.
Automated payment line. Call either 0844 8090202 or 202 from your O2 mobile and choose option 1.3.

It may well be that the time you were trying to access the website it could have been down for maintenance

Easiest way to pay is through My O2 but better yet, set up a direct debit. To be honest I'm quite perplexed as to why people cancel them in the first place and then wonder why their phone is disconnected when they fail to pay on time.

I have a direct debit set up, but when it gets a bit tight on the money front I pay by card before the DD is due, that way I know it's paid and I can manage the cash better.
